No parties - No events No smoking inside or withing 10 feet of open window on door. Fine of $300 will apply. No need to take trash bins to street. They will pick up from trash shed. Recycle day is Saturday morning early. Please put recycle bin at end of driveway Friday night. No early check-ins without written permission. No late Check-outs Dogs are welcome with written approval and fee. Checking out: Please put your garbage in bins outside Please put dishes in Dishwasher and start it. All dog waste MUST be picked up and disposed of properly or $50 fee. We hope you have enjoyed your stay.
